(referred to herein as “child(en)”) and we agree, in taking advantage of the “Copiosa”, “Kinder Amigos”, “Los Amiguitos”, or “Camp Veranito” programs (referred to herein  as “Programs”), to release and hold harmless Children’s Language Immersion Program, LLC, and its owners, managers and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, except any harm or injury caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Children’s Language Immersion Program, LLC, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the child and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or during our Programs.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK 

Participation in physical activities associated with the Programs carries with it a certain inherent risk that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. The undersigned knows and appreciates these and other risks inherent in physical activity. I hereby assert that my child’s participation is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all such risks. 

 

SEVERABILITY 

The undersigned further expressly agrees that the forgoing waiver and assumption of risk is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall continue in full legal force and effect.
